Return Policy

1. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGE SERVICE, CUSTOMER COULD RETURN THOSE RETURNABLE ITEM AND ADVISED TO PLACE A NEW ORDER.

2. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF ITEM POST OUT BY COURIER WITH TRACEABLE SERVICE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVED INCLUDED LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

3. STRICTLY NO WALK IN FOR RETURN AS THIS IS AN OFFICE BUILDING WITH TONS OF WORKERS, HANDLING YOUR PARCEL TO RANDOM STAFF COULD CAUSED IN LOST OF THE RETURN PARCEL.

4. ONLY ITEMS THAT ARE UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, AND LABEL TAG STILL ATTACHED AS ORIGINAL (NO CUT OFF) IN STILL SELLABLE CONDITION COULD BE RETURNED. FOR REASON OF HYGIENE, BRA, INNER, UNDERWEAR, SWIMSUITS, COSMETICS AND CLEARANCE STOCK ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO RETURN. 

5. ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, MARKED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ITEMS WILL BE SEND BACK TO CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RESEND RETURN ITEMS. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

6. ANY USED/CREDITED REWARD POINTS OR DISCOUNT CODES FOR THE RETURNED ORDER WILL BE VOIDED AND NOT REFUNDABLE AND REUSABLE. USAGE OF POINTS ON SUBSEQUENT PURCHASES WILL NOT BE AWARDED FOR ADDITIONAL POINTS.

7. IF YOUR ORDER AMOUNT DOES NOT MEET PROMOTION CRITERIA AFTER RETURN, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE DISCOUNT ON THE ORDER INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING AND FREE GIFT. THUS, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AND RETURN THE FREE GIFT OR PAY FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE.

8. ITEMS DISCOUNTED A TOTAL OF MORE THAN 20% OFF IS DEFINED AS CLEARANCE, THEREFORE IT IS NOT ENTITLED FOR RETURN.

9. RETURN CAN ONLY BE MADE ONE TIME PER ORDER NUMBER.

10. THE ONLY REFUND METHOD FOR SINGAPORE CUSTOMER IS IN TERM OF PROMO-CODE.

11. ALL RETURNED PACKAGES SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY DOOR-STEP DELIVERY COURIER SERVICE WITH THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER

12. WE COULD REFUSE TO REFUND IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT FULFILLED WITH RETURN POLICY AS ABOVE. AT THAT TIME, CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE FEE TO RESEND BACK THE RETURN ITEM TO CUSTOMER.

13. WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHTS NOT TO ALLOW THE RETURN OR REFUND OF ANY TRANSACTIONS ALTHOUGH THE CONDITION ABOVE IS MET.

3. All return requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.

4. Once the items are received, we will ensure they are in good condition. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified to receive the refund.

5. The refund period may vary between 10 and 14 working days from reception of the return at the warehouses.

8. The minimum amount to use Rebate Voucher must be up to RM 99, those items are allowed to be returned, but the rebate voucher will not be given again.
