下單前/退貨申請小提醒:

在Air Space 購物享有在家試穿,不合就退的選擇,一直是我們服務的中旨。但是目前因為MCO的限制,我們的退货處理流程或将延遲3-8週執行,或直到我们得到政府的营运许可信。

我們的退貨中心與出貨倉庫是獨立運行的兩個地點,MCO 與FMCO期間出貨倉庫跟物流公司有得到政府營運許可,將正常出貨寄送;
但退貨中心沒得到政府的許可,這段期間我們收的退貨包裹無法拆包檢核退款,因此驗貨退款作業將延後到MCO解除或者退貨中心取得政府營運准證後才執行。

Caution for Return/Refund :
Due to MCO/ FMCO policies in Malaysia, our Return/ Refund procedure will be delayed 3-8 weeks, or till we receive MITI operation approval from relevant government department.

For PACKING & DELIVERING, our contracted warehouse and courier have obtained government approval for essential work line, hence they will assist shipping out your AIR SPACE order as usual.

For RETURN & REFUND, our return QC center is at a different building from the shipping warehouse and has not receive approval from the government for operation. Hence the return and refund will be delayed.

With the current COVID-19 concerns and the Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the Malaysia government, we regret to inform that we are unable to proceed your return parcel at the moment. Please do not deliver your return parcel without seeking our confirmation and approval.

However, customer is required to submit return request within 7 days from received date of parcel (refer HOW TO RETURN & REFUND), rest assured that we will be extending the return period to support the current restrictions in place due to COVID-19.

HOW TO RETURN & REFUND?

  1. Please contact our customer service team via Facebook Messenger or send us an email at my@airspaceonline.com with the details:
    - Your Order Number
    - Item(s) To Be Returned
    - Reason(s) Of Return
    - Visual Evidence (e.g photo, video) Of The Item(s)
  2. Do send your return parcel only after seeking our confirmation and approval of your request. Any items returned without our approval will not be accepted.
  3. All return requests will be processed within 3 working days upon the receipt of the parcels.
  4. We will be in touch with you for your refund as soon as the returned item(s) is inspected by our team and confirmed that it fits within our return policy.
  5. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for the refund process to be completed.

*Point 3 & 5 were amended during FMCO.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We do not provide exchange service. However, you can return the returnable item(s) for a refund, and then place a new order.
  2. Returns have to be shipped back via traceable postage mode within 7 days upon receipt. Please hold on to your tracking slip until the confirmation of your return parcel.
  3. Strictly NO walk-in for return/refund.
  4. Returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its label tag intact (No cut off!). no sole markings or scratches for footwear item.
  5. Boxes of footwear/bikini, and any accessories, have to return along with. Otherwise return will be rejected and returned to customer.
  6. Sale items, cosmetics, shapewear, bra, bralette, bra top, bra camisole, and underwear are strictly not eligible for return & refund.
  7. Items that are damaged, marked or altered are non-returnable & non-refundable. We will send them back to you upon the rejection of your request. The delivery costs incurred for the items to be shipped back to you will be borne by you.
  8. Any used/credited reward points or discount codes for the returned orders will be voided and not refunded. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.
  9. All items that have been purchased using a voucher(s) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for refunds. However, the refunded amount will be pro-rated based on the voucher amount. If the refund is approved, the shipping fee and voucher amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. This applies to all products including bundled or promotional items.
  10. If your order amount does not meet the promotion criteria after return, you will not be entitled to the discount on the order including free shipping and free gift. Hence, you will be required to bear the shipping fee to return the free gift to us or to pay for the original price of the free gift.
  11. Items sold at a total of or more than 20% discount are clearance items, which are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.
  12. Returns can only be made one time per order number.
  13. Returns for Singapore customers can only be refunded in the form of Air Space promo code.
  14. All returned packages have to be delivered via trackable postage mode by doorstep delivery courier only. The postage charges will be borne by you.
  15. Kindly ensure that the courier service will deliver your return parcel within our working hours. In the event of delivery failure, you will have to bear the cost for re-delivery.
  16. All return parcels have to be prepaid parcels (Non-COD). All COD parcels will be rejected and returned to your end.
  17. We shall not be responsible for any lost return parcel in the hand of any postal service providers. We will make reasonable effort to assist in communicating with the courier but we shall not bear any claim/cost in this case.
  18. In the event of any returned item does not fit within our return policy, we shall reject the refund request and the item will be sent back to you. The postage cost incurred for the items may be borne by you under such circumstances.
  19. We reserve the right not to allow the return of items or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

***We apologise if a defective or wrong item was sent to you, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We do NOT accept any item for return & refund once the label tag has been cut or removed.

General Size Guide

***NOTE: Our products are measured laid flat from pit to pit in "CM", which means the measurements are taken on a single side.
Kindly X2 or double the figure for the circumference/full pit measurement.

For example, if the chart shows that the waist for an item is 34cm, then the whole waist size of the said item is 68cm in full pit.

Do refer to the size chart on individual product pages for measurements specific to each and every item before deciding on a size.
