Air Space Malaysia accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only.

Our payment gateway is supported by Razorpay (Formerly MOLPay) with choices of Online Banking, Card Payment, E-wallet and Cash On Delivery (COD).

To ensure that your transaction is safe and secure, we only accept payments through the Razorpay portal at the moment, any other forms of payment will not be entertained.



We do accept payments via Visa or MasterCard. 

Kindly tick the corresponding payment option during your check out.


Interbank payments via all major local banks which affiliated with MEPS are available for customers who are residing in Malaysia.



Payments via all major e-wallet service such as TnG, Boost, Grabpay, and so on.




Through COD, you may place an order and only make cash payment upon the delivery of your parcel.
COD is currently available only for certain locations in West Malaysia.

Unfortunately, we do not provide COD to East Malaysia and Singapore at the moment. Do note that order will be cancelled if found.

Please be informed that customers will not be able to use COD if there are refusal to accept parcels for more than twice. This payment option will then be suspended. 



No worries! You may proceed to pay again within 10 minutes. Later than that order will be cancelled automatically.


There may be several reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

- Your connection may have dropped during checkout.

- Your card may have been rejected.


Kindly make sure your internet connection is stable and strong before proceeding to pay in order to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

1. Replace your order again
If your payment is rejected, you are advised to place the order again. We were unable to resume your order once the payment was declined.


2. Conduct payment check
In order to ensure your order will not be rejected upon order submitting, you are recommended to check the following:
- Check and confirm the credit card details that you entered are correct, such as the expiration date or your billing address.
- Feel free to contact your card-issuing bank to confirm whether your payment has been rejected if payment failed. Your card issuer may have declined your payment without inform us the reason of payement declined.

If still facing payment failed upon checkout, you are advised to proceed with another card.

The order will be cancelled automatically if payments are not made within the stipulated timeframe.



For card payments/E-wallet, payment verification is instant.


For internet banking/ATM transfers, payment verification takes 1 working day.

If your payment verification has not been verified after 24 hours, do drop us an message.


For interbank transfers, your local bank would take approximately 3 working days to effect the fund transfer. Thereafter, please allow us another working day for payment verification.



All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email upon order placement.


If you have not received your order confirmation email, kindly check your Order History or your email junk/spam folder.
