We deliver all orders via our courier partners to standard addresses.


Our shipping rates and time frame are as below:


Upon delivery, you may be requested a signature by our courier service personnel to validate the delivery of the parcel.
You may inspect the packaging of the parcel and ensure that the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign.
In circumstances where the seal is found broken, you may refuse the delivery and please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials, unfortunately we do not provide any special gift wrap at the moment.


We are only able to deliver to one address in a single order. To deliver to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.


Kindly note that combination of orders into one shipment is not possible.


Please do check the status of your order via the online tracker once you have received the tracking information of your parcel.
Do allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to be processed and reflected on the tracking system.


If in the event that your parcel is not received but the delivery status is updated as delivered and signed, please report to us within 14 days from the date of the “Successful Delivery”. We are unable to accommodate any claim made thereafter.




We do not provide self collection yet we do offer Cash on Delivery as one of our shipping method. (Note: COD is available only for certain locations in West Malaysia.)


Besides, we are working with various courier partners to ensure your parcels arrive on time. Unfortunately, we are unable to assign your preferred courier to your shipment.



Depending on the courier, your delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day.

You may contact the courier company to arrange a redelivery by providing them your tracking number.


Take note: we are unable to arrange redelivery once the parcel has been returned to us. Kindly check on the delivery status via the online tracker once you have received the tracking information of your parcel.

We are sorry but we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore.

BUT have no fear, visit our HQ or Global website and check out if we deliver to your place!



We're sorry your parcel has been delayed! While there may be a delay in the delivery, no action is needed on your end. You may continue tracking your parcel from the online tracker.

However, please contact us if you found there is no update on delivery for 3 days and above.



We will need at least 4-6 working days to get your order to you. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend placing an order with us at least a week in advance.



Once you have placed the order, you'll be receiving an order confirmation email from us.


Then when your order is on its way, you’ll receive another email with your courier tracking information.

Please keep an eye on your inbox (and junk folder too). 


You can check the estimated delivery date through following steps:

Log into Member center > My order > Order details > click the tracking number


Please be informed that the given date is an estimated date, not the actual date of delivery. During COVID-19 pandemic, orders might be delayed due to current travel restrictions.




International Shipping may apply customs import duty and tax charges. These charges are usually paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, customs duty and import taxes are charged at random by your local customs authority.


Note: Due to different tariffs and customs policies applied on different countries, we cannot determine on how much the cost you need to pay. It is recommended to confirm with the local customs before ordering.



Currently, our delivery method does not provide delivery to P.O BOXES, MILITARY ADDRESSES OR PARCEL LOCKERS.



Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes. You may contact respective courier company to assist you.


If your order has not been shipped yet, we could assist to change the shipping address for you.
Please contact us as soon as you realize it, as we will check whether we able to update it before shipping.



Unfortunately, we are not able to specific the delivery date or time. The delivery time will be fully arranged by courier company.


If you did not receive the parcel within timeframe, please contact the courier company or pay close attention to update of tracking information.
