As announced by Government, our team will back to QC center for return processing only on next Monday (13th September).

Although we are full vaccinated, still we have to minimize the risk of contact, hence we will arrange 50% workforce to QC center only.

在Air Space 購物享有在家試穿,不合就退的選擇,一直是我們服務的中旨。但是目前因為MCO的限制,我們的退货處理流程或将延遲3-8週執行。

我們的退貨中心與出貨倉庫是獨立運行的兩個地點,MCO 與FMCO期間出貨倉庫跟物流公司有得到政府營運許可,將正常出貨寄送;

Caution for Return/Refund :
Due to MCO/ FMCO policies in Malaysia, our Return/ Refund procedure will be delayed 3-8 weeks, till we receive MITI operation approval from relevant government department.

For PACKING & DELIVERING, our contracted warehouse and courier have obtained government approval for essential work line, hence they will assist shipping out your AIR SPACE order as usual.

For RETURN & REFUND, our return QC center is at a different building from the shipping warehouse and has not receive approval from the government for operation. Hence the return and refund will be delayed.

Kindly set the domain @airspaceonline.com as safe sender in your email setting in order to be able to receive emails from Air Space in future.

Return Procedure during National Recovery Plan - Phase 1

With the current COVID-19 concerns and the Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the Malaysia government, we regret to inform that we are unable to proceed your return parcel at the moment. Please do not deliver your return parcel without seeking our confirmation and approval.

However, customer is required to submit return request within 7 days from received date of parcel (refer HOW TO RETURN & REFUND), rest assured that we will be extending the return period to support the current restrictions in place due to COVID-19.

During MCO phase one, we are not allowed to go to office for any relevance matters until further notice. If there is permission on MCO phase two, we will arrange to process the returned goods as soon as possible.

Delivery Affected on EMCO area

Dear Valued Customers,

Movement in and out is prohibited or controlled, especially on area EMCO. All the parcels on affected area, courier companies will hold first until the movement control has been lifted.

Kindly note that affected orders will be proceed later and expect some delays for deliveries, you are pleased to check your parcel delivery status on official website of respective courier companies.

Notice For Change In Free Shipping Entitlement For Singapore

Due to current increasing international postage rates, kindly be informed that effective from 26th April 2021 onwards, free shipping entitlement to Singapore will be increased from RM200 to RM250.

Meanwhile, the standard shipping fee for orders below RM250 will be remain unchanged (i.e. a flat rate of RM30).

***NOTE: Our products are measured laid flat from pit to pit in "CM", which means the measurements are taken on a single side.
Kindly X2 or double the figure for the circumference/full pit measurement.

For example, if the chart shows that the waist for an item is 34cm, then the whole waist size of the said item is 68cm in full pit.

Do refer to the size chart on individual product pages for measurements specific to each and every item before deciding on a size.
