WE PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS OF INDIVIDUAL ITEMS IN “CM” AND IT WILL ATTACH AT PHOTO GALLERY.

THE SIZE CHART IN EVERY PRODUCT SHOWS THE MEASUREMENT TAKEN WHEN THE ITEM WAS LAID FLAT ON THE TABLE. TO BE ABLE TO KNOW THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF AND ITEMS BUST, WAIST AND HIP, YOU WILL HAVE TO DOUBLE THE MEASURES.

     20. HOW CAN I CHECK REFUND STATUS?

 

ONCE REFUND DONE, WE WILL SEND YOU NOTIFICATION EMAIL.

HOWEVER, YOU ARE PLEASED TO CHECK WITH CS TEAM IF YOU RECEIVED WRONG AMOUNT OR YOU ARE NOT EVEN RECEIVE ANY REFUND WITHIN A MONTH.

DUE TO THE LIMITATION OF BANK RECORD, PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY MISSING/WRONG REFUND TRANSACTION WITHIN A MONTH OF THE ORDER, AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO WITHDRAW BANKING RECORDS OF MORE THAN A MONTH BEFORE.

 

     21. HOW SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?

 

KINDLY PROVIDE ORDER ID AND PHOTO/VIDEO OF DEFECTIVE AREA/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED THROUGH FB MESSENGER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVAL. DO LET US KNOW AND POINT OUT THE DEFECTION INSTEAD OF RETURN AS USUAL.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT SEND A REPLACE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED. CS TEAM WILL PROVIDE SOLUTION ON CASE BY CASE BASIS.
