We’re upgrading the AIR SPACE official website and enhancing our membership program on 22 September 2025. Please read the key highlights and details below.

Membership assets carried over. All your points, refund credits, and tier status will be preserved and refreshed on 9/22 after migration.

VIP/VVIP benefits upgraded. We’re moving from flat % discounts to a Reward Points experience with more ways to earn and redeem.

Records honored. Your order and return histories remain valid. If anything looks off during the transition, our CS team will fix it promptly.
1) Membership Assets Carried Over (9/21–10/07 data sync)
Your reward points, refund credits, and membership tier will be moved to the new system and refreshed on 9/22.
During the data sync window (9/21–10/07) a small number of accounts may show temporary differences. If you notice anything unusual, contact Customer Service and we’ll handle it with priority.
To minimise any display differences during sync, you can:

Use time-limited credits before 21 Sept, 23:59:59.

Reward Credits (from profile completion / product reviews): please use by 21 Sept, 23:59:59.

Reward Points & Refund Credits: recommended to use by 9/21.

Back up your Member Page before 9/21 (screenshot points and spending history).
Transition support: From 9/22–10/22, any membership-related issues will receive special handling by Customer Service.
2) VIP/VVIP Upgrade – New Reward Points Experience (from 9/22)
We’re evolving VIP/VVIP from flat % discounts into a richer Reward Points program:

Earn more as you spend: up to 8–15 points per RM1 (tier-based).

Redeem for shopping discounts, plus ongoing member perks such as birthday rewards, welcome bonuses, monthly vouchers, and seasonal point-multiplier events.
This upgrade gives you more flexibility to earn, save, and redeem across campaigns—while keeping your current tier intact after migration.

3) Records Honored & Service Assurance
All order histories, return records, and refund/return statuses will remain valid after the system upgrade. Should you notice any discrepancies during the migration period, please contact our Customer Service team and we will verify and update your record promptly.

VIP/VVIP status retained: Members who have already achieved VIP or VVIP will keep their tier.

Close to upgrading? If you are near the next tier, please complete your spending by 9/21 to secure your upgrade.

When updates show: Membership tier changes will only be reflected once your order is fully completed (i.e. after confirming that no return request has been made).

Need help? If you believe you already met the requirement but your status has not been updated, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll assist in adjusting it.
Note: As we are unable to export or check every member’s accumulated points one by one, we will not send individual notifications. We encourage members to check their status directly.

*Membership status will be valid for a year upon unlocking a tier.
Thereafter, members would need to meet the minimum spend to maintain their status.
*Birthday rewards will be credited into member account on the first day of birthday month.

REWARDING POINTS
- Points can be earned by making any direct purchases from my.airspaceonline.com
- Points are based on the payable amount, excluding use of discount codes and Reward credits.
- Points from different accounts cannot be combine and non-transferrable.
- Points are strictly not exchangeable to cash or any other reward/discount.
- Points used and redeemed will not be reinstated/refunded/credited back to your account
REDEEMING POINTS
- Redeem your points at checkout page
- You will see the available points could be redeeming during check out
- Manually key in the points that you wish to use in that particular order.
- The deducted amount from reward points will show instantly on subtotal.
- Points are strictly non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Points used are non-returnable and non-refundable.
HOW TO CHECK THE AVAILABLE OR USED POINTS?
- Once you're logged in, proceed to "Member Center" > "My Assets" > "Reward Points"
- You will see the "Available Points" and "Pending Points"
- Available points are ready to use when you proceed to check out
- Pending points are pending credit to your member account after confirmation that orders/purchases are completed without any return/refund.
- Detail of reward points will be shown on table form.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your points and rewards cannot be transferred, brought, sold or in any way traded.
- You can check your points and rewards on your online account. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your account and our internal record, the latter shall prevail.
- Points earned and/or redeemed will be updated on your online account within a reasonable period of your transaction. Unless otherwise indicated, points are earned on all purchases except discount codes and Reward credits.
- In the event of any order cancellation or failure of delivery and return requested where parcel/item is returned to us, any points earned from the order will be debited and/or points of any voucher redeemed in the order will not be credited back to you.
- For any defective or wrong item(s) that need to be return and refund, any points earned from the order will be debited and/or points of any redeemed will be credited to your account (if applicable).
- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated.
- Membership will be suspended and removed if there are refusal to accept cash-on-delivery parcels for more than thrice.
- The program terms and conditions, structures, FAQs or any other descriptions of the program are subject to change at any time.
- We further reserve the right to change, modify (including how points will be earned and redeemed and what rewards will be available), terminate, discontinue or cancel the program at any time and in our sole discretion.
- Any changes, modifications or termination or any part of the program or its terms will be effective upon publications of those changes on the Site.
- Your continued participation in the program will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the program.
NO! There is no minimum order requirement. You will earn reward points even you are spending RM1 in a single order.
Login to member center > my assets > status, from there you could able to view membership level, cumulative consumption amount, tier validity and distance to hit next tier.
Regular tier: Will never expire!
VIP tier: Will only be downgraded to Regular tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM600 over a 12-month period from the date you joined/upgraded.
VVIP tier: Will only be downgraded to VIP or Regular if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM1,000 over a 12-month period from the date you joined/upgraded.
Not to worry, you will still get to enjoy the benefits of your new tier.
The good news is that you will no lose any of your points but according to expiry date. As soon as you have met the minimum spend required to reach the next tier, you will be upgraded again.
Not at all. Redeeming your points would not affect your tier status. To maintain your tier status, you only need to meet an accumulated spend required for the tier.
